How to care for your tattoo:

Arriving Home:

Gently remove bandage or wrap from your tattoo. Clean your tattoo using warm water and a natural anti-bacterial soap, this will remove any left over bacteria or excess residue that may be left on the surface of the skin.  

Applying Ink Guardian:

Lightly apply Ink guardian to the freshly tattooed area, this will help keep your skin hydrated, reduce any inflammation or swelling around your tattoo, while eliminating any bacteria and dead skin cells.

1 Finger tip of Ink Guardian should cover 10mm x 10mm area.

Continue to lightly wash your tattoo regularly using an natural anti-septic soap, ensuring not to soak it.  Gently pat dry your tattoo and then moisturise it with Ink Guardian. Continue this process until your tattoo has started to heal.

Depending on the size of your tattoo, it can take 2 - 4 weeks for your tattoo to fully heal. For best results, moisturise your tattoo twice a day for the first 2 weeks and then once a day for the remaining 2 weeks or until you skin is healthy and hydrated.
